Buying gear is probably the most important project you can undergo for technical rescue.
Getting the appropriate gear for weather and application is crucial to your safety and
comfort during a rescue. Powell County EM will be providing uniform shirts for everyone, but
everything else will be your responsibility. Below, I've listed some of my suggestions
