Ben Dowdy
Assistant Instructor
Ben started working as an EMT in
Louisville, KY while attending the
University of Louisville as a trumpet
performance major. He now works as
a paramedic for Georgetown-Scott
County EMS and as an assistant
instructor at Eastern Kentucky
University’s Emergency Medical Care
Program, where he finished his B.S. in
Emergency Medical Care-Emergency
Services Administration. An avid
camper/hiker since childhood, Ben
