Wilderness First Responder - Kenya
On November 9-19, 2009, Backcountry Rescue Institute will be travelling to Kenya, Africa to
train Park Rangers and Travel Guides in remote medical techniques. This 9 day course will
give the local people the knowledge and skills necessary to treat injuries to park visitors and
backcountry travellers. Backcountry Rescue Institute will be providing this course at no
charge to local people.

The class went very well and the first 18 Wilderness First
Responders are operational. Congratulations!!
